TheiaSeek keeps this simple. The only personal data the site handles is what you give us when you subscribe to the newsletter.

What is collected

Your email address, and a bot-check signal returned by Cloudflare Turnstile when you submit the newsletter form. Nothing else. We do not collect your name, your location, your IP address for analytics purposes, or any other personal information.

Purpose

Your email is used only to send you the newsletter you subscribed to. The Turnstile signal is used only to confirm that the submission came from a person rather than an automated script. Neither is used for marketing analytics, profiling, or any other purpose.

Retention

Your email is kept until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link; using it removes your address from the list. The Turnstile signal is not retained beyond the moment it is verified.

Processor

The newsletter list is hosted by Buttondown, a third-party newsletter platform. Your email is stored on their systems, and their privacy policy applies to that storage layer. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare for the bot check only.

No third-party analytics

TheiaSeek does not run third-party analytics at this stage. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no behavioural analytics scripts on the site.
